My Story is Happier and Healthier!

I'm a firm believer in the power of movement to transform lives. For me, exercise isn't just about fitness - it's about feeling happier, healthier, and more connect to myself. I embrace all the incredible benefits that come with staying active:

I'm a 40-something wife and proud mom of two. By day, I work as an HR Program Advisor, and by night, I step into my other passion - as a POUND® Instructor!

I first discovered POUND® at a local fitness studio and was instantly hooked. With a background in dance and a deep love for music, it felt like the perfect fit. In March 2018, I became a certified POUND® Pro and began teaching classes in the Bridgenorth and Peterborough that May. Since then, I've been growing my small business and sharing the joy of movement with others.

I'm a strong advocate for the idea that exercise is medicine. I've seen firsthand how movement can reduce stress, ease tension and anxiety, and boost those feed-good endorphins - our natural happiness hormones.

Ultimately, my mission is simple: to help people feel happier by encouraging them to move their bodies. Whether it's for fitness, mental health, or overall well-being, I'm here to support others in reaching their goals - one beat at a time.
